1) About the service

PhotoDatingLab provides digital photo packs intended for personal dating profile use. Customers upload a limited number of photos and select preferences (styles, vibe, use case). The service generates multiple images and applies quality checks before delivery.

2) Orders & delivery

After payment confirmation, your order enters processing. Delivery is provided digitally via a download link or customer area.

• Typical delivery time: 2–8 hours.
• Possible delays: delays may occur due to high volume or additional quality reruns. We prioritize quality over speed.

3) Quality process (AI + human review)

We do not deliver raw AI outputs as-is. We generate variations, apply filtering, and perform human review to remove images that are inconsistent, unrealistic, or not sufficiently recognizable.

If needed, we may rerun generation and re-review the selection before final delivery.

4) Customer responsibilities

• You confirm you have the rights to use the uploaded images and you are authorized to submit them.
• You agree to upload photos that primarily show you (avoid group photos where identity is unclear).
• You agree not to use the service for impersonation, fraud, or any illegal or harmful purpose.

5) Acceptable use

You must not use PhotoDatingLab to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. You must not attempt to use the service to impersonate another person.

6) Refunds & assistance

This is a digital service and outcomes depend on the quality of the uploaded photos and selected preferences. If your delivered pack does not contain enough usable images, we provide assistance via the support form.

• We may rerun generation and re-review the selection to improve results.
• If, after reasonable reprocessing, an acceptable pack cannot be produced, a resolution may be offered based on the circumstances.

7) Pricing & payments

Prices are displayed on the website. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. PhotoDatingLab does not store full payment card details.

8) Intellectual property

You retain rights to your original uploaded photos. You receive a license to use the delivered images for personal use, including dating profiles. You must not resell or redistribute delivered images as a commercial product or service.

9) Limitation of liability

PhotoDatingLab provides a creative digital service and does not guarantee specific dating outcomes (matches, messages, dates). We are not responsible for decisions made by dating platforms or other users.

10) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact support first via the website support form to attempt an amicable resolution.

If no amicable solution is found, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply depending on your place of residence.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies at the time of purchase.
