Not happy with your delivered pack? Tell us what’s wrong. We’ll either redo the pack based on your feedback or refund you, if your claim is made within 14 days of delivery.

1) Eligibility (14-day claim window)
You are eligible for a redo or a refund if you submit your claim within 14 days after the delivery of your digital pack.
2) Two outcomes: redo or refund
- Option A — Redo: We rerun your pack and apply your feedback (styles, vibe, issues to avoid).
- Option B — Refund: If you prefer a refund (or if a redo cannot reasonably solve the issue), we refund the purchase.
3) How to request a redo or a refund
Submit your request via the website support form. To process it fast, include:
- Your order number
- What you dislike (examples: not recognizable, unrealistic, wrong style, too many unusable images)
- What you want instead (clear preferences + “do not do” list)
- Optional: 1–2 reference photos (the vibe you want) to guide the redo
4) Refund method
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout (processed via Stripe). The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank/card provider.
5) Abuse prevention
Requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or clearly unrelated to the delivered service may be refused. This includes attempts to impersonate someone else or use third-party photos without authorization.
6) Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the time of your purchase.
